Everyone was very nice and helpful. On my first day my manager said that there are no stupid questions, only the ones that you keep asking without memorising the answer. They encourage everyone, even the interns, to speak up, ask questions and let them know your opinion and suggestions.

It was my first job experience, so I needed a little time to find balance. And of course it always depended on the task I had to finish.

I needed a little time to convince them, that I can do my tasks without major mistakes. Once they knew me better, I was given bigger challenges involving bigger responsibility.

There were a lot of Clubs and Committes in the Firm, who always organised something fun like charity parties, excursions, board game nights, ect.

Morgan Stanley's inter program is specifically good for students who haven't desided what part of finance they are most interested in yet.
