The Role

Role Description

The role began with me receiving and processing invoices. I had to keep a record of these both electronically and paper copies. I was then asked to take part in the creation of the budgets for 2011. This involved attending meetings with the executives and keeping note of what was agreed, then showing this on an excel spreadsheet. I also had to speak with the Subject area managers individually to discuss how the spend would be broken down across the year. I was then left in charge of monitoring each areas spend on a month by month basis, keeping track of any spend that was delayed and when this could now be expected.
