I carried out a number of R and D reports regarding the UK's energy industry which required me to look into what companies are doing now and how this will affect the industry in the future.

The jobs i was given were required and if i didnt do them then somebody else within the team would have had to do them but i wasnt running the show and wouldnt want to to be honest!

Know what you want to do within the company or something relevant to your degree as there isnt much room for flexibility when you start and you dont want to be put in a department you have no interest in. Generally there are two types technical and commercial.
