Role Description

Writing rental contracts, picking up customers and building customer relationships, closing rental contracts, cleaning and delivering cars, phoning customers to confirm or make bookings, taking telephone reservations, phoning car bodyshops and garages.

Most of the learning happens on the job. This was not necessarily learned directly from management but from any employeein the branch. There was always someone willing to help if I had a problem.

I have been offered the opportunity to work part time in the Enterprise branch local to my university when the summer is over, which is great! I can also return to the internship next summer if I would like to, and get a place on the graduate scheme.
