The Role

Role Description

i was mainly used as a job fill for different roles which gave me good experience in that role but didnt allow me to get a good overall view of the NHS. i occasionally moved from team to team but i was usually given jobs that no one else wanted to do, the people were friendly and very helpful but the work was not the most interesting as that was often left to the full time members of staff

there was plenty of suppot and help from my collegues with plenty of friendly banter and easy access

it was usually quiet for the month allowing for quieries to be answered but the first week of each month was the busiest time

i was given some responabilities but i wasnt trained very well for them or i help people with there responsabilities which i didnt follow up on

it was very profeshional and quiet most of the time but there were also occasions when people would chat and have a joke

the cost was rarther cheap but work socials were rare and usually to somewhere more expensive

the night life isnt very nice and the area doesnt have a very positive reputation

there were a few but only if you knew someone involved with the activity

it would be very valuable for people to gain experience in the public sector as it gives you a new view on accounts as university mainly teaches private sector. also it gives good experience and advice to get in to the NHS graduate scheme
