There were slow days when I was just getting on updating a chartpack, but there were also exciting and busy days, but nothing stressful.

I was allowed the freedom to explore my own project, and was responsible for analysing some trade proposals. If you wanted more responsibility, you could probably get some more.

They paid for 2 socials for the interns and there was a good number of interns for going on socials.

Schroders has a good atmosphere and everyone is pretty chilled out considering its in the finance industry. If you are looking for the excitement of working in finance but without the stupidly long hours and you dont want to wear a tie every day, try Schroders.
