I was part of the business improvement team for the BAE Systems advanced technology centre, responsible for various ad hoc activities in the team.

Not at all really. I wasn't given any training and the work was largely irrelevant to my degree. BAE give much better engineering internships.

In addition to these questions, is there any extra information you would like to leave about your experiences on your work placement that other students may be interested in?

I wouldn't say that BAE Systems are the best placement company for a business student. The placement was not run regularly and could have been set up much better.
