Role Description

I'm split between 2 teams: Reward and Business Relationship Team. With Reward I'm involved with benefits and allowances review, reviewing relocation policies and producing a flyer about our benefits amongst other things. With the Business Relationship Team I'm doing analysis of a company survey and invovled in the consultation process for redundancy.

There are sports and social clubs that you can join and work nights out. The Edinburgh Festival's on during August so lots going on.

In addition to these questions, is there any extra information you would like to leave about your experiences on your work placement that other students may be interested in?

I've had a great time and would really recommend the internship to anyone who's interested in HR.
