The Role
I enjoyed every bit of the job, was given responsibility from an early stage and was treated as a graduate.
My opinions were very valued especially as I displayed enthusiasm and pro-activity in learning more about the subject.
People Manager, Buddy and Resourcing Manager were always there to discuss with and to ask for help from.
A bit too busy at times, but most of the time the balance was perfect.
As much as a graduate would be.
I definitely feel that I will benefit from the soft skills I have gained throughout my life.
The Company
Fun and relaxed, everyone was very approachable.
At times the final offer process was debated (whether I would come back and obtain a promotion straight away or have to repeat the year) but I decided to transfer departments (Risk Assurance to One Assurance-broader) therefore the debate was settled.
I felt very well looked after and received around a month of training in total.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare from home
Ws offered a permanent position in my desired department.
The Culture
Very young colleagues, always dynamic and fun.
Office based in city centre, therefore if people would like to live very close by it may mean that the rent is expensive.
Very lively.
Accent placed on volunteering and sports, everyone got involved from support staff to directors and partners!
