Human Resources Placement

If you are interested in a position in HR, our 12 month internship will provide you with some of the skills and experience you need to succeed in your graduate career.

The tasks you will fulfill in this role include the following:

  • Graduate recruitment activity - Preparation for Assessment centres, creation and design of materials, assisting the Resourcing manager throughout the campaign, liaising with Universities through the promotion of the Graduate scheme, focusing on graduate development and organising key training modules.
  • Offers and on boarding - Effectively managing candidate communications, feedback to successful/unsuccessful candidates, carrying out corporate inductions with all new starters and devising a communication plan for key dates.
  • Main area of responsibility is future intern recruitment and current intern development - organising events, scheduling interviews, shortlisting, advertising roles and providing regular updates on graduate and intern recruitment.
  • Supporting Learning and Development Manager in administrative tasks and co-ordination of events alongside assisting with the implementation of the new training system; My Learning.

  • Organisational skills including effective time management

  • Attention to detail is a critical skill for this role, as you will be dealing with different levels of
  • management and a lot of external people
  • Communication Skills – Being confident and willing to talk effectively to numerous people across the business.
