About Sourcing OK

As a Junior Sales Executive you will be responsible for assisting the sales manager with a variety of daily tasks and assignments. No cold calling will ever be required with this position.

At the end of the placement year, the Junior Sales Executive will have garnered extensive knowledge and experience in converting in-bound calls into orders, establishing customer relationship that will generate repeat business. This is a fully autonomous position reporting to the sales manager, who will help you along the way by supporting and mentoring you at every step of the way.

Your Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Taking incoming enquiries over the phone and from the internet
• Interacting with vendors to discuss production and sample requests
• Liaising with domestic and overseas factories
• Project costing and estimates
• Quotation follow-ups
• Acting as a primary resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails when a sales team member is out of the office

This role will also have a forward facing component where you may occasionally be required to accompany the sales manager to client meetings to experience what a real face-to-face meeting with a customer entails.
