What this internship is about
On our HR summer internship, you’ll gain invaluable skills and a thorough insight into a career in Human Resources. In just eight weeks over July and August, you’ll take on meaningful projects and gain exposure to the tools and techniques we use to manage and drive human resources.
We demonstrate operational excellence in the delivery of HR services. And continually innovate to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that serves our clients and makes Accenture an employer of choice.
Our aim is to give you an intense experience working on diverse local and global Human Resources priorities in areas such as Talent Strategy, Talent Supply Chain, Talent Architecture, Talent Analytics, Field Human Resources, and Learning & Talent Development. How you’ll evolve
Become an intern on our Human Resources team and your learning will be world class. You will get a real taste for life at Accenture and start to acquire and evolve the skills you need to succeed in HR. Throughout the course of the internship, these will include project management, data collection and analysis, communication, planning and teamwork whilst also developing your commercial and business acumen.

What we’re looking for
Our HR summer internships are open to students in their penultimate year of university (graduating in 2016) who are on track for a 2:1 and have at least 300 UCAS points or equivalent from their top three A-levels. On top of your record of outstanding academic performance, you’ll need the ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems in a collaborative culture, plus strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
