NOTE: There are 4 placement vacancies available in TI EMEA Communications department. Please specify which one you are most interested in when submitting your application. The descriptions and requirements for each position are listed below.

Digital Marketing (x 2)

  • Support the team in the development of creative communication campaigns either online or through more traditional channels
  • Report and share results and metrics of campaigns using Internet Marketing Key Performance Indicators
  • Plan, optimise, execute, track and record campaign progress
  • Production and adaption of marketing material such as online banners, E-mail and Internet content, customer forums and product sheets into various languages
  • Understanding of customer intelligence data in order to develop tailor made campaigns based on customer interests
  • Real projects with budget responsibilities
  • Help with Social media contributions and experiments
  • Liaise with Texas Instruments’ teams around the globe

Employee and Corporate Communications:

  • Support the planning and delivery of all internal communication activities
  • Research, write and edit materials for internal communications vehicles; assist in press activities
  • Management and updating corporate screens (digital signage)
  • Design internal collateral
  • Support, preparation and organization of events, including taking photos/shooting video footage
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of internal projects and employee engagement events
  • Support the company's corporate responsibility communication
  • Facilitation and co-ordination of communication employee network meetings
  • Assist in selection process of new communications interns
  • Excellent level of English – both written and spoken; ability to write clearly and accurately

Internet Marketing and Account- Based Marketing:

  • Take primary responsibility of managing Texas Instrument’s communication through the European Social Media Channels
  • Work on creating campaigns, general content and managing the engagement with fans on these channels
  • Provide key metrics on Social Media to report during reviews for European and Global stakeholders
  • Explore new avenues of Social Media and how TI can benefit from the uses of certain features
  • Work closely with the Sales Team for designing online customised campaigns
  • Understanding of customer intelligence data in order to develop tailor made campaigns based on customer interests
  • Being the consultant for the EMEA Marketing Communications team, advising them on best practices for Social Media
  • Role may also involve web maintenance and SEO/SEM work
  • Liaising with Texas Instruments’ teams around the globe

Other skills we value:

  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Previous work experience
  • Knowledge of HTML, MS Office
  • Additional language skills, especially German
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment
