What is the EY Leadership Academy?

For three days, we gather some of our sharpest business minds and team them up with you. Make no mistake – you will be stretched. But you’ll learn a lot too – about yourself, about what life at EY is like, and whether a career in professional services is right for you. Every day will bring a fresh business challenge that requires energy, ideas and leadership skills.

This is for students with the potential to excel. You will need at least 340 UCAS points and be predicted a 2:1 honours degree. A demanding training environment like the EY Leadership Academy will prepare you for the world of work, give you valuable perspective and give you real experience of the professional services industry at the very top. How much you make of your experience is, of course, up to you.
