EY Insight Day - what is it?

An Insight Day is a one-day experience at an Ernst & Young office, designed to give you a real insight into life and work at Ernst & Young.

You’ll find out what people do day-to-day at a global professional services firm, what joining a company like ours can lead to, and the kind of qualifications you might need to work in different areas of business.

The day will also help you decide whether to consider a placement or internship here.

Why do it?

The business know-how you’ll pick up will help you see the practical applications of what you’re studying. You’ll gain new ideas and skills and build some commercial awareness.
We’ll help you learn about your individual strengths too, of course. And we’ll encourage you to think about how you can use them in your studies.

You’ll pick up new ideas and skills. Your fundamental understanding of business and your commercial awareness will grow through innovative, interactive sessions. You’ll leave the day with more skills and a broader understanding of the commercial world around you.

It’s a valuable experience - and it’ll give you a head start if you decide to join another FastTracks programme or apply for a graduate role here.
