We have a range of opportunities and whichever placement you choose, you’ll get a real taste of what it’s like to operate within a leading international technology company.

With opportunities across the UK, you'll enjoy an intensive three-day induction, followed by on-the-job training and detailed feedback throughout. Wherever possible, we’ll give you live assignments to build your confidence and capabilities, delivering the kind of professional experience that will give you the edge in the future. What’s more, if your performance during the 12-month Internship Programme is really exceptional, you could return to University with a firm job offer ready for when you graduate, meaning we’ll provide you with sponsorship payments of £500 per term for your final year.

Internship Programme Induction

As a 12 month intern you will go through a three-day residential induction that offers training on a range of key business and personal skills to help you settle into your internship quickly, and ensure that you get the most out of your time with Atos. The aim of the programme is to successfully introduce you to the working environment in Atos. The programme prepares you to adopt a professional and proactive mind-set and to equip you with the behaviours and skills needed to communicate effectively with your managers, peers and customers. The induction will be with all other interns, so it also has the added benefit in enabling you to start building your internal network from the start.

Business Schemes

We have opportunities for twelve-month and three-month placements in key areas of Atos’ central functions and customer services. During your time with us you will gain valuable exposure to core business functions that help an organisation as large and complex as Atos run smoothly, as well as many of our household name clients.

HR

Atos is every inch a people business, so HR is central to everything we do. Your internship with us will be a great opportunity to gain experience in our busy and vibrant HR team who deliver leading edge support across all areas of the business, and enjoy diverse and interesting work, with new challenges every day.
Your internship will be focussed in our Workforce Management (WFM) team who play a critical role in the business, ensuring that we have the right people, with the right skills in the right place at the right time, to ensure effective delivery of projects and services to our wide range of clients. The team works closely across all areas of the business, to manage and support on all short term resource requirements as well as helping to produce long term resourcing strategies.
Your internship in WFM will give you great exposure to all areas of the business and you quickly learn from a holistic perspective how the business works.

3 month Internship Programme

General Management

Joining us for a three month internship within the rapidly expanding Business Process Services area, you will learn how we deliver effective business services to a wide range of clients. We have opportunities in our occupational health, wellbeing, employee assistance and financial services businesses. Your internship could involve supporting on projects working to improve service delivery for a key client through our dedicated teams, conducting market analysis to assist the sales team, or applying your imagination to refine our business processes.
