The Role

Whether you’re using your language fluency and communication skills to organise sales and marketing events in our mainland Europe offices, building up your skill set in technology, or working on key strategy projects in Business and Operational Management, you’ll receive exceptional training and support. And because internships in our business-critical functions may range from eight weeks to 36 weeks, you’ll either learn a lot, fast, or develop an in-depth knowledge of the business over a number of months. Either way, you’ll soon know exactly how our business works, and where you could fit into it.

With such a broad range of internships on offer, the talents we’re looking for are very varied. In technology, we’re after analytical minds and solid technical knowledge, while in business and operational management we want confident communicators and outgoing team players. In European Sales and Marketing, we’re also looking for confident, articulate students who can ideally speak another language in addition to English. And as with everyone we take on, we expect these skills to be supported by a solid academic background, the ambition to succeed and an interest in finance and investment management.

We have a presence in 25 countries and manage over 700 funds for our customers, covering everything from stocks and shares to bonds, property and commodities. What we do is complex. But the principle behind it is simple: we do everything we can to make informed investment decisions that are right for our customers. That means meticulously researching every investment, balancing profit against risk and using our knowledge of local and global financial markets to create robust and successful products and portfolios.
