Spring programmes

Get a panoramic view of the bank. Develop a clearer idea of what we do, and where you might fit, all in the space of a week in spring.

Improve your outlook in just one week. Give us a week in spring, and we can show you the ins and outs of a large, successful, multinational business.

Through work shadowing, workshops, interactive skills sessions and networking opportunities, you’ll gain an incredible insight into a career in the financial world. There will be presentations, case studies, an assessment centre survival workshop and even a few social events.

At the end, you’ll have a clear idea of what we do and where you might fit. If you take part in our Spring Programme you’ll automatically be considered for a summer internship the following year.
There are a variety of programmes to explore, all aimed at students who will graduate in 2017. When you apply, simply select the one you’re interested in.

We’re not looking for any particular degree subjects. But we do want you to be the best of the best – a driven individual keen to put your career into action.
