Summer Internship - Human Resources

HR is a key part of our success story. And you’ll get to see for yourself the innovative thinking that allows the department to meet people needs across the business efficiently and effectively. It’s a great chance to gain insight in to the full spectrum of HR issues, from recruitment and retention to talent development and employee relations.

Past interns have been involved in:

• initiating and managing a project to address the impact of legislative changes to the tax-free limit of pension scheme contributions
• conducting salary surveys and competitor benchmarking, including liaising with reward specialist consultancies
• leading the implementation of an Employee Referral Scheme; liaising with internal communications teams, writing policy and developing promotional strategies with creative directors
