Role Overview

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be expected to provide support to the sales process for golf break bookings to a combination of UK, European and Rest of the World destinations.

This role will involve close contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues and will require you to undertake certain administrative duties to ensure that customer expectations are met.
You will be part of a team who aim to ensure that every aspect of the business provides our customers with a positive impression of Golfbreaks.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of existing golf break bookings – communicating with customers when dealing with amendments to booking details and offering new quotes for any changes.
  • Providing an after sales service to clients by organising any ‘extras’, such as booking golf buggies, rooming lists, dinner preferences and ordering on the customers behalf.
  • Contacting clients for required transfer information, and the booking of car hire/transfers/Eurotunnel reservations.
  • Reviewing customer feedback and communicating information through to the account management team.
  • Dealing with any negative feedback and any customer issues arising prior to, or during their breaks.
  • Distribution and checking of customer emails, and venue confirmations that come in to the business.
  • Assisting the sales teams with incoming enquiries and chasing balance payments.
