The Accounting and Finance Team in Boeing Defence UK are looking for a Bristol-based individual to join the team to provide support.

The Accounting and Finance Team based in Bristol is responsible for the maintenance and control of the Transaction System (SAGE) and Reporting System (EAS) for BDUK activities. The team comprises Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Accounting and Reporting functions.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Month End including processing of tasks associated with closing.
• Work with the accounting team to ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed each month in a timely manner.
• Provide support to colleagues outside the Accounting and Finance team, both Finance and non-Finance to provide financial reporting and data and help resolve financial queries.
• Work with the team to set up, improve and maintain processes within BDUK.
• Work to improve and ensure data accuracy and integrity within transaction and reporting systems.
• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop skills and experience in a variety of areas.
