Programme Details
The need to grow our company and optimise third-party market spend is fundamental to our success. So it’s no surprise that PSCM is one of BP’s key business functions.
Your role and responsibilities
We’ll look to you to assume broad responsibility for this critical work. You’ll also be stepping into a global network of specialised management professionals, working within our business areas – Upstream (Exploration & Production), Alternative Energy, Downstream (Refining & Marketing) and Indirect Procurement.
Development opportunities
Helping to develop and implement procurement strategies and tactics for your assigned areas, your work will cover anything from chemicals and facility management to engineering equipment and drilling services; it might even include buying IT or HR services. You’ll find a variety of opportunities to accumulate experience as you rotate across our business areas. While we pride ourselves in offering learning by doing, you will also have the opportunity to achieve professional membership in CIPS and/or other international professional associations.
