Internship: Corporate & Social Responsibility

The team

Disney's corporate team supports creative, technology and business priorities across the entire company in the UK & Ireland. With a portfolio that spans television, leisure and travel, movies, live entertainment, music, product / licensing, retail, gaming and online amongst others, this team has the opportunity to experience the full breadth and scope of The Walt Disney Company. The team works at the heart of Disney's businesses, in a wide range of fields including Strategic Marketing, Corporate Communication, Shared Accounting and Finance, HR, IT and Sourcing & Procurement.

Your role

You will work with the team overseeing Disney’s charitable giving, community relations, in-kind donations and volunteerism. Globally, the objective is, through targeted projects and programmes, to endear Disney in the hearts of our constituencies and demonstrate a true compassion for children and families. Locally the objective is to be a “neighbour of choice” and be viewed as a good citizen in the community.

About you

• MUST be an undergraduate returning to full time education in September 2016
• MUST have the right to work in the UK
• Be studying towards a related degree e.g Business or Marketing but all considered
• Demonstrate a passion for Charity, Volunteer or Fundraising work through your CV and covering letter
• Excellent attention to detail and general PC skills
• An ability to pick up skills and business information quickly and form successful working relationships.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in gaining Corporate Social Responsibility experience with the world’s largest Entertainment company!
