Lloyds Banking Group Internships

Our summer internships are a guaranteed head start in a fiercely competitive graduate jobs market. More than invaluable experience, they can open doors to your future.

Running from June to September, these diverse 10-week programmes are nationwide, so we can usually arrange for you to work at a location near your home or university. Places are limited so you’ll need to act fast.

  Creative, analytical and – most importantly – customer focused; you want to lead the IT and digital revolution and shape the way Britain banks.
• Business & Change - Solutions
  At the heart of our business, you’ll help us analyse, improve and deliver processes, infrastructures, operations and solutions to be the Best Bank for Customers.
• Business & Change – Infrastructure
  Managing risk, enabling change, scrutinising our actions and keeping track of the numbers, these high-impact roles keep our business on course.
• Employee & Customer Experience
  From developing the talent to shaping the way we communicate with our customers, these roles are about inspiring and influencing others, designing the organisation from the inside-out.

You'll get the chance to test out life at Lloyds Banking Group – giving you exposure to the work, the culture and the great people here. You’ll get to know us and we’ll get to know you. If all goes well, we may even invite you back to join our Graduate Programme the following year.
