Retail Management – based in one of our stores, over 12 months, you could be leading a seasonal launch or figure out a smart way for us to sell more sausages.

Human Resources – on this year-long placement, you’ll get an insight into the commercial and people side of M&S.

M&S.com – for 12 months, you’ll get to use your knowledge of what customers want to help us deliver a seamless shopping experience across all our shopping channels.

Food Technology – spend six months creating, testing and eating delicious M&S food, ensuring our products meet the standards all our customers expect. We’ll then help you get a further six-month placement at one of our suppliers.

Food Product Development – over six months you’ll help develop delicious products our customers will love. We’ll then help you get a further six-month placement at one of our suppliers.

As well as being the perfect place to discover how a fast-paced and modern retail business works, our placements will also give you the edge when it comes to applying for one of our graduate schemes when you’ve finished your studies. What’s more, we’ll pay you a competitive salary – ranging from £17,500 to £19,500 depending on where you join.
