HR Internship Programme
Our HR Internship Programme takes place during the summer and lasts between eight and ten weeks. It could be in any one of our four operating companies (AXA Wealth, AXA Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary, AXA Direct and Partnerships, and AXA PPP healthcare) or at a UK level in our Corporate Centre, across any of our AXA locations nationwide.
During this time, you’ll gain invaluable first-hand, on-the-ground insight into all things HR, from attraction and recruitment, training and talent development, to recognition and reward. What’s more, you’ll work closely with AXA people on real projects. You’ll also get to spend time with some of our senior leaders. Shine in the summer and you could come back as a graduate in one of our HR teams.
Who should apply?
Our internship programme is aimed at penultimate year undergraduates. You’ll need good A-Level results and you should be on course to achieve a 2.1 degree or higher, ideally in a business-related subject. It’s also important that you have a strong interest in HR. More than anything, you need to be someone who grabs opportunity with both hands. Someone who’s ready to learn and keen to make the most of the experience.
