At Fidelity International, we apply intelligent insight to everything that we do. We know we need the talent, energy and balance that come from a fully diverse workforce and we’re serious about breaking down barriers that prevent or discourage women from entering our industry. So, during Easter 2016, we’re holding an intensive week-long tour of our investment business – for women who want to know more.

We’ve designed this exclusive week-long interactive insight programme to give you the chance to get a closer look at our business. You’ll hear key note speeches from senior industry-leading women at Fidelity and get to test your stock picking skills in an interactive challenge. There will be a graduate panel and discussion where you’ll get the chance to hear from past and current graduates and learn more about their career paths. Spending a day shadowing an industry expert in a business area of your choice will give you an insight into their day-to-day role and you’ll mingle with people across Fidelity at special drinks and networking events.

Places on the Women’s Investment Spring Week are open to women from any academic background. Places are limited and we’re ideally looking for first year students – if you impress us at the event, we’ll offer you a fast track to the final stage of our summer internship programme interview process. But, whatever your position, we promise an interesting and insightful week – including plenty of opportunities to build your network both within Fidelity and with your fellow students.
