The Role

Whether you’re learning how our Equity Research Analysts gather their data; getting exposure to live projects and portfolios in Fixed Income, or learning how to risk and rate funds in Fidelity Solutions, you can be sure of excellent training and support. Join us for eight weeks and you’ll learn a lot in a short space of time – about our business, how we work, and how you could be part of our future.

We don’t look for our interns to have a specific degree – we prefer intellectual curiosity and strong numerical and analytical skills. Commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills are vital and, as with all our interns, we expect these talents to be supported by a solid academic background, the ambition to succeed and an interest in finance and investment management.

We have a presence in 25 countries and manage over 700 funds for our customers, covering everything from stocks and shares to bonds and commodities. What we do is complex. But the principle behind it is simple: we do everything we can to make informed investment decisions that are right for our customers. That means meticulously researching every investment, balancing profit against risk and using our knowledge of local and global financial markets to create robust and successful products and portfolios.
