The Role

A fast paced role liaising between clients and venues to book all elements of a customer’s spa break.

What's in it for you?

We provide comprehensive venue and sales training as well as venue visits for on-going training as well as a lucrative package.

Hours: 5 days a week with a 9 hour shift between the hours of 8-8, Monday to Friday (Total 40 hours per week). Plus one weekend day every month either paid or receiving a day in lieu (9-5pm).

  • The applicant should have call centre/travel experience, or an experienced sales background with a passion for spas.
Key Duties:
  • To react in a professional and efficient manner to phone and email enquiries
  • To take details from customer, communicating in a polite and friendly way to identify the customer’s exact needs and requirements.
  • To communicate with the various reservations departments at specific venues in order to check availability and discuss availability, treatment times and specifications.
  • To follow up with customers, communicating back what has been found, closing sales, taking payment details in a courteous and discreet manner.
  • To follow up with old enquiries, focusing on identifying potential new business from old leads.
  • Take advantage of opportunities to up-sell and cross sell other products where customer needs justify these
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times, through additional brochure reading and daily checks of the website
  • Any other additional administration duties as required.
