We have three placement opportunities in our Employment Advice Services Department to work as part of the Workforce Planning or Technical Team. We will provide you with fantastic experience and knowledge to help you progress within your career.

We currently have one position in the Workforce Planning team, which involves liaising with clients and advisors to provide a good quality service for new and existing clients. You will have the opportunity to manage and assist a small team of advisors alongside their Team Leader and will gain knowledge of HR and employment law.

We have two placement positions in the Technical team. These positions will involve researching new legislation and liaising with advisors, team leaders and managers to present your findings through individual and group training sessions.

Skills Required
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • A keen interest in HR and Employment Law.
  • Good organisation and time management.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team.

We are ideally looking for the successful candidates to be currently studying for a degree which has a HR focus.
