To continue to be successful and providing a world-class service to our customers we are looking for bright new talented graduates to join our 2 year Graduate Programme. Our Graduate programme is a function specific development scheme you will be supported by an integral formal training programme to equip you with the necessary skills to develop your core technical and professional competencies. A structured support network provides you with a safe environment to learn and be challenged, while delivering and working on projects that actually add value to the business. This support includes one to one mentor support from our internal experts together with on the job training, and cross functional projects that ensure that you are continually broadening your knowledge and expertise
We run an exciting 12 month placement. Informal training, and work on projects that add true value to the business. The placement scheme is a great place to start a career with Cummins and you will experience not only the skills and work aspect, but the culture and core values of the business. You'll provide day-to-day support in the areas of: organizational assessment, development and effectiveness; compensation and benefits; conflict resolution; and team-based work system processes. You'll also facilitate all major Cummins Human Resources processes with operations, support and engineering customer groups.
