Key Result Areas & Main Duties

This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing teams for both business units: Aesthetics (ABU) and Ethical (EBU).

This will include the following:

  • Liaison with agencies to update artwork and coordinate proofs for approvals.
  • Coordination from start to completion of items going through the approval process.
  • Internal coordination of all marketing collateral in conjunction with Customer Services team.
  • Assist Brand Manager with event organisation for the Aesthetic Congress program for UK and Ireland plus overseas corporate events including; invitations, materials, logistics, stand build & logistics. In addition, support Ethical Business Unit with all meetings and events.
  • Actively track competitor initiatives, coordinate filing system of collateral and alert Aesthetics Brand Manager/EBU about new competitor materials.
  • Under supervision from the Aesthetics Brand Manager, coordinate and fulfil the social media strategy.
  • Working with the Aesthetics Brand Manager/EBU, help maintain UK web presence.
  • Producing Powerpoint presentations for project based work.
  • Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

Experience and Qualifications

Must be studying towards or have just completed an undergraduate degree, preferably in a marketing discipline.

Must have the right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the role.
