Open to all, this vacancy is aimed primarily at women seeking an experience in professional services to get an insight into the opportunities available at PwC.
What you'll do
During this paid placement, you’ll shadow one of our female leaders as part of a one week experience. You’ll choose which office you'd like to come to and which area of the business you're interested in and we'll buddy you up with one of our leaders. You’ll attend meetings, work with clients and our teams to get real exposure to our business and what it’s like working within a leadership role. Impress us during the week and following a final interview, you could well earn a place on one of our Summer Internship or Graduate roles for the following year.
Our national opportunities will be running over the Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays (restrictions for some areas).
We have limited spaces for final year students who wish to shadow during the Christmas break and secure a 2014 autumn position.
What you need to bring us
Your intellect, willingness to learn, ability to build relationships, put yourself in others’ shoes, while always making a positive impact with our clients and each other.
- You’ll need to be in your first year of a 3 year degree, second year of a 4 year degree or in your penultimate year
- You’ll need to be an undergraduate with at least a 300 UCAS tariff or equivalent for Assurance, Deals, Consulting and Tax or a 340 UCAS tariff for Consulting
- Be on course for a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline
