You could join our Group business services team, in either Milton Keynes or London.

You’ll help provide the right tools, business services, technology and information to help colleagues successfully run and transform the rail industry. You’ll also work with some of the biggest names in IT to implement cutting-edge technology to deliver significant business improvements.

Massive training and development; your stepping stone to our graduate scheme

Whatever your industrial placement, you’ll work as part of a team, taking on real responsibility from day one, while developing core business skills. You’ll learn through on-the-job experiences and at leadership development centre. If you do well, you could also secure a place on our graduate scheme.

Ready to go BIG?

You'll need to have achieved a 2:1 (or equivalent) during your first year and be on course to achieve the same in your second year.

Whatever your degree, you must have drive, passion and a commitment to soak up knowledge.
Successful candidates must be available in September 2014 for a minimum of 48 weeks.
