The role

Identifying and utilising a broad range of candidate attraction strategies, you will be responsible for assessing and validating candidate skills through interviewing, in-house testing (where relevant) and reference checking.
You will also have the opportunity to further develop relationships with our client through networking events, business development and strategic meetings.

Excellent consulting skills are imperative to this position through questioning clients to ascertain needs and presenting the most appropriate solution. We will also expect you to successfully manage client expectations in line with market conditions and the principles of equal employment opportunity.
