About KPMG

Since a number of European firms merged to form KPMG Europe LLP, they have become the largest fully-integrated accountancy firm in Europe, offering Audit, Tax and Advisory services to everyone from oil companies to music gurus. But it’s not just what KPMG does that’s important. It’s the way that we do it. The values don’t just live on a wall. They’re a way of life, underpinning the way KPMG works with clients and with each other.

The Role

Our Undergraduate Programmes are designed to let you find out more about KPMG and the different types of work we do. If you take part, you’ll discover what it’s like to be part of a professional team and be able to explore the different areas of the business.

But what really stands out is the skills you’ll gain and the experiences you’ll enjoy. They’ll stay with you for a lifetime. So, as well as kick-starting your career, you’ll get to take part in some great community activities and you’ll get an opportunity to socialise too.

Above all else, it’s about gaining experience on real time, real life projects. It's an opportunity to learn new skills, enhance your CV, learn about the world of work and, importantly, get your foot in the door of one of the leading professional services firms.

Who's it for?

It’s for students who are in their penultimate year at university. We’re looking for people who are smart, ambitious and as focused on the future as we are.
You’ll be with us for either 4, 6 or 8 weeks. It just depends which programme you choose. Either way, it’ll usually start around June/July – we’ll reveal all the specifics as soon as they’re finalised.

What support will I get?

We’ll give you the support of a mentor and a senior manager to make you feel at home from day one. Your mentor's role is to meet you on your first day and help you to settle in. They’ll also introduce you to your team and answer any questions you want to ask.

What business areas can I join?

This bit’s up to you. There are plenty of different business areas to choose from. Take a look through the links below, they’ll help you to decide which area is the right one for you.
