About the role
From day one you will be an integral member of the Marketing team with real responsibilities and your projects will involve exposure to senior management. Together with regular training we aim to give you experience of your theoretical studies to help you successfully complete your final year.
During the placement you will be given numerous projects to help you gain exposure to all aspects of a global B2B marketing team to help gain an understanding of both the creative and the analytical side of marketing. The role will involve working on international projects with colleagues from across the world and will include aspects of marketing communications and research & analysis for example:
Marcomms
- Social media
- Website
- Intranet
- App design
- Literature creation
- Exhibition planning
- PR
- Brand management
Research & Analysis
- Competitor and customer research
- Market research
- Data analysis
The three month placement will be based from our site in Stourport, Worcestershire.
Skills Required
- Predicted a minimum 2:1 degree in a Marketing or Marketing related degree
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Good teamwork
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- PC literate with strong Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good time management skills – ability to take ownership of projects
- Full UK driving licence desirable
