About Johnson & Johnson

The Johnson & Johnson Human Resources Leadership Development Intern Program (Foundational-HRLDP Internship) is designed to provide an integrated robust experience to successful, highly motivated individuals; with the opportunity to become a future HR leader if converted into our exciting, international full time program.

The internship:

We are offering summer internships between June and September 2016. During your 12 week Foundational HRLDP Internship you will have the opportunity to be responsible for completing project(s) that deal with creating, supporting, or implementing HR business solutions and processes. These project(s) will provide exposure and connections within the HR community and senior leadership. This is an international program and assignments could be based in the UK, France, Spain, Switzerland or Italy; local language capability is desirable but not essential.

The graduate program:

If your internship is successful we will invite you to join our HRLDP foundational graduate program in 2017. This is a two year program with two rotations. Not only will you enjoy worldwide experiences, 12 month rotations in different countries and a competitive salary; you will also receive first class training and development including different functional HR experiences such as Total Reward, Talent Acquisition and Business Based HR.

What we are looking for from you:

We are looking for individuals who are currently studying their penultimate year of a bachelors program or a masters level program in a HR related discipline. You would need to be able to take part in a 12 week internship between June and September 2016, and to join our full time program in 2017.

  • Strong business acumen
  • Bi lingual desirable but not essential
