Our Placement Programme
Our Placement Programme is designed to turn dynamic and talented graduates into future leaders by providing them with key business projects and exposure to our business, providing them with the opportunity to gain experience and develop key skills.

As one of our undergraduates in our Placement Programme, you would be working with the business in a role, supporting current business needs and adding value through your contribution, whilst gaining valuable experience.
To be successful for the Placement Programme you will be able to demonstrate strong technical capability coupled with commercial awareness, strategic agility an entrepreneurial mind-set and strong leadership capability; all demonstrating that you have the potential to grow in to one of our future leaders.
