The Role

• Writing & editing copy for communications channels for internal & external stakeholder groups including employees, retail partners & media
• Development & management of company image library
• Organising weekly calendar of internal & social media news
• Day to day operation of company email announcements
• Designing & loading relevant & timely content for digi­screens
• Placing content on digital channels including intranet, website & social media
• Managing media monitoring process
• Event support eg. conferences & meetings
• Supporting CSR agenda as appropriate eg. charity communications, community programmes & sustainability reporting
• Acting as a main point of contact for stakeholder requests for communications information & support
• Supporting administration for the team

Person Specification

• Studying towards a Communications/Marketing degree
• Be in either your penultimate year of study, returning to your degree course at the end of the placement or a graduate who has recently graduated and is looking for work experience
• Has obtained or is predicted a 2.1
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK for the full duration of the role
• Must have achieved a minimum of 240 UCAS points
