About The Programme

If you’re looking for a Human Resources placement that gives you real HR experience across a whole business, come to M&S.

We know that direct experience with real people creates real knowledge. So we’ll rotate you around different departments to give you the full picture of what we do, the challenges we face and the people who make it all happen.

One month, you could be working with our regional HR Business Partners on local strategy. Another, you could be actively engaged on a commercial project with a specialist team. Before you know it, you’ll be working with a regional Policy team to help implement changes across the network. Wherever you are, you’ll have the chance to make a difference to our business. So we’ll make sure it makes a real difference to you.

Not only will you get a great insight into the commercial and people side of M&S – from People Policy to Learning and Development – you’ll also have the chance to build your skills through workshops and coaching. What’s more, if you do well and show potential to go further, we’ll invite you back to our graduate scheme once you’ve completed your degree.
