Business and Finance Internship Programme
Our internships take place during the summer, last eight to ten weeks, and are a fast track to either our Finance Graduate Programme or our flagship Business Leaders Graduate Programme.
As a Business and Finance Intern, your placement could be in Finance, IT, Marketing, Underwriting or another business area. During your paid placement, you’ll gain invaluable first-hand, on-the-ground insight into an area of the AXA UK business. You’ll also work closely with AXA people on real projects, including senior leaders.
Who should apply?
Our internship programme is aimed at penultimate year undergraduates. You’ll need good A-Level results and you should be on course to achieve a 2.1 degree (or above). You could be studying a business degree but, more importantly, you’ll have a keen interest in the business and commercial world.
