About the role

As part of the Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Talent Acquisition organisation, you will be providing support and assistance to a geographically dispersed team of recruiters. This organisation is responsible for the development and execution of talent enabling and recruitment strategies. 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Planning and implementation of recruitment and sourcing activities for UK graduate & undergraduate hiring through various online and/ or off-line channels (e.g. social media and job boards). 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to organise campus events. 
  • Project management of onsite events to promote our undergraduate placement scheme. 
  • Supporting the design of recruitment marketing materials. 
  • Acting as a point of contact for ad hoc query resolution for both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Preparation and analysis of Recruitment and hiring reports 
  • Providing support as required for various recruiting projects across the EMEA talent acquisition organisation. 
  • Supporting the undergraduate assessment and selection process where required. 
  • Integration planning for UK undergraduate new hires e.g. preparation of training plans and coordination of induction event. 

Salary and Benefits

You would earn a base salary of £14,500 per annum plus a £1000 starting bonus and a £1000 finishing bonus if you complete your 13 month placement. You would be eligible for our quarterly profit bonus and annual performance bonus subject to guidelines. You would also receive 24 days paid holiday (per annum) and 2 paid study days.  Other benefits vary depending on the site in which you are based.

Requirements

This is a 13 month fixed-term placement suitable for students currently studying towards a degree course in a related field. This placement is targeted at 2nd year students enrolled in a 4 year bachelor's degree which includes a year in industry.
