Our Recruitment Consultant Internship is full-time during your university holidays and typically lasts eight weeks over the summer, Monday to Friday in a location close to home.

What work will I do?

You’ll be working closely with the local director and manager who will allocate you duties depending on your capabilities and the priorities of the business and location where you are placed.

You will:

• Increase your involvement with all stages of the recruitment cycle throughout your internship
• Improve your confidence and communication skills by speaking with candidates, clients and the rest of your team
• Take responsibility over your own project based assignments such as researching commercial information about your market
• Advertise client roles on our website and screen the applicants
