About The Mountbatten New York Programme

As a J1 visa sponsor, the Mountbatten Institute allows high potential international candidates to train in these roles full time, 40 hours per week, while undertaking a part-time cultural and academic curriculum, enhancing their knowledge of US, and specifically New York, business culture. Fees for the programme depend on which academic pathway the candidate chooses (Postgraduate Certificate, Masters or MBA).

FREE accommodation and medical insurance is provided throughout the programme. Trainees are paid a $13,000 allowance to make the most of their NYC experience.

Following the year in New York, Mountbatten trainees enjoy lucrative employment prospects, often with their placement companies back in their home country or elsewhere. Our recent survey showed that 86% of trainees were employed within 3 months and 100% were employed within 6 months post-programme.

Who can apply?

Applicants must:

• Already have a combination of 12 months, office-based work experience
• Have above a 2.2 an undergraduate degree (All degree types welcome)
