Requirements

• Must have been in second year of university or higher
• Good grades in major with active campus experience
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills for research purposes
• Track record of demonstrated progressive leadership potential through academic, work, and/or community activities
• Demonstrated capabilities with an emphasis on strategic thinking, teamwork, and results-driven implementation
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple projects,  a ‘can do’ attitude along with enthusiasm and energy;
• Strong presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) and comfort working across all levels of the organization
• Good verbal and written English communication skills;
• Good customer service attitude; Ability to take initiative and be flexible, Hardworking and able to work efficiently on multitasks.

The Role

Participants with other interns drawn from all over the world will be engaged in several tasks as:

1. Discussing product development strategies and ending the day by joining corporate sponsors in talks with high-level government officials.
2. Work with industry experts in delivering projects. This is enough opportunity to adequately keep networked and relevant to helping launch career in China
3. No single day is going to be alike, you will be performing tasks associated to you and this will most definitely be your quickest shortcut to the real corporate world or should you choose your entrepreneurial journey.
4. It will be like being a Business Executive with all the Fortune 500 resources made available to you, working inside the office of most expensive office building and covering a variety of corporate functions.
