Why has my review been edited?

Sometimes we have to remove parts of user reviews that do not meet the standards set out in our Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to edit or not set any review live, but we prefer to show a whole review (or as much as we can) wherever possible. Despite this, sometimes we may decide to hide parts of a user's review that do not meet our site guidelines.

In a nutshell, the comments you leave must be constructive (even if you’ve had a very negative experience), you can’t include offensive or abusive language, or disclose any individual names or confidential information.
