Our placement students work on a variety of projects with experienced
employees, who offer support and guidance to help them make the most of
their time with us, learning new skills through the work the do and whilst gaining an appreciation of the business. We take our student's development as seriously and offer a range of transferable skills training sessions ranging from interview training, presentation and project management skills. These are particularly useful when they return to University.

What are we looking for?

We recruit graduates and undergraduates demonstrating management potential. Academically, we are looking for those who have achieved or are expecting a 2.1 from their first degree. Or a 2.2 with a masters. Analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to think, act and adapt in a global environment with sound judgment and tenacity. Graduates can enjoy the prospect of early responsibility and should expect domestic or international relocation during their career.
