For the last three years we have won ‘Best undergraduate internship/vacation scheme’ at the Target National Graduate Recruitment awards. We recruit 85-90% of our trainees from the summer scheme and, in 2008, were the only law firm to be short listed. At the 2009 Target awards we also won the 'Best student marketing campaign recruiting fewer than 50 graduates' award. The category saw us competing against 10 well known household names. We offer 60 vacation scheme places firm wide each year.

We recruit 35 trainees per year; 30 in London and 5 in Sheffield. Each trainee undertakes 6 four month seats ensuring exposure to the firm's core practice and specialist areas. To us, the training contract is the start of a long-term relationship with you – the trainees are the future of our firm.
