• In depth induction program and social events to help you feel at home within the company
• You will be assigned a buddy / mentor as well as a line manager so help and advice is always at hand
• You will have a 12 month action plan that will outline your objectives so you always know what you are working towards
• You will benefit from our in-house library and additional external training is always encouraged
• You will be actively encouraged to attend our in-house workshops such as 3D, physics in games and how to win big on fruit machines. We believe in sharing knowledge round the company and have approximately 12 workshops a year, everybody is asked to make suggestions on workshops they would like to attend (or run) and all workshops are followed through.
• Each placement will have a monthly 121 with their line manager to give feedback and allow you to address any concerns.
